The Instant Vortex® Plus Versazone is our most versatile air fryer yet. It has the largest drawer size at 8.5L. Plus, it features VersaZone technology, so you can quickly switch from one extra-large cooking drawer to two independently controlled cooking zones.

Cook in a single 8.5L drawer for large family meals or add the divider and switch to dual 4.2L drawers with separate time and temperature settings. The smart SyncCook function means you can automatically match cooking settings between drawers. While SyncFinish ensures the finish time between the two zones is simultaneous. Or if you only want to cook a small portion, then simply cook using just one zone!

Care Instructions: Clean the inside of the air fryer using a damp cloth dipped in warm soapy water. The basket and drawer should still be removed. Check the heating element for grease and food debris and wipe clean. (Some manufacturers say you can use a soft brush—but not steel wire—to remove stuck-on food.)
