Delivery

Orders typically take 7 to 14 days to be shipped out, depending on what you purchase, where you want it delivered or collected, and how you pay. Please note that delivery times may vary.

You can easily calculate your delivery fee by entering your postal code and address at checkout. Our website will automatically generate the delivery charge for you.

We offer affordable nationwide delivery rates.

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us within the first 48 hours of placing your order at enquiries@mfaonline.co.za

As an online store, we process all payments through your chosen independent payment gateway. If you request a refund, we will initiate the refund on our end and then forward the request to the payment gateway for final confirmation.

Please note that the items displayed on our website may not be available in our physical stores. While MFA Online is part of the larger MFA Franchise, our stock and stock counts may differ from those of our walk-in stores.

 

 

If you would like your item to be assembled prior to in-store pickup, simply include a request for assembly in the “Notes” section during checkout, or send us an email at enquiries@mfaonline.co.za with your order number and the item you would like assembled.

Cancellation

If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return a product for credit, please note that the following terms and conditions will apply:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of collecting or delivering the product.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will credit your account with the purchase price within 30 days (or provide a refund if you prefer).
  • A 2.5% administration fee will be applied to the total cost of the item, unless it is due to a supplier defect.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that you’ve already placed, please let us know within 24 hours. However, please be aware that a 2.5% administration fee will be applied to the total cost of the item.

Products & Stock

Please note that the stock counts displayed on our website reflect those of our online store warehouse. It’s important to keep in mind that we operate independently from our physical walk-in stores.

Please note that all of our furniture is shipped in a flat-packed and unassembled state, inside a box.
